Shipment processing time

Due to COVID-19 Australia Post has advised that their usual postage times are now being delayed. For more information please see here for how COVID-19 is affecting domestic shipping and international shipping.

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We’ve cut the costs of shipping both in Australia and Worldwide so you have one less thing to worry about.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not currently offer Express Shipping at this time.

 

Domestic:

Flat rate shipping within Australia   –   $7.50

Delivery estimates   –    up to 5 business days

 

International:

NZ   –   $15.00

UK & Ireland   –   $22.00

US & Canada   –   $17.50

Major Europe  –   $23.00

All other locations can be calculated at checkout

Delivery estimates   –    6+ business days

 

Please note that these postage times are approximates only and can vary, for example if the delivery address is in a remote area or if there is an unexpected delay from Australia Post.

We do not take responsibility for parcels that are not delivered within the time frame specified as this is beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

 

If you do not receive a tracking number or if your parcel is not delivered within a reasonable time frame given the estimates provided, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damages

The Alchemical Arts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
